Acrylic paint, charcoal, pencil, computer-generated graphics on unprimed cotton

I partially overprint the painting with a graphic I develop for it on the computer. I further process this 'montage of different realities' on the unprimed canvas with paint. Physical and digital painting (as many comparable situations between men and machines in contemporary life) each generate different physical resonances and therefore also produce a different painterly engagement. I am interested in making this tension and experience tangible in the painting.
